Securing a suitable match with a therapist can be a complex task. The therapeutic relationship, method, or personal rapport might not be instantly apparent. Virtual teletherapy isn't suitable for every client or circumstance. To improve this experience for you, we offer a free 15 min consultation.

The initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to get acquainted and determine if your specific concerns can be collaboratively addressed, if we are compatible, and if there are any inquiries about the therapy or its procedures that we should discuss before beginning our sessions.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy offers a chance to converse with an impartial individual, allowing for self-understanding from a different viewpoint. My method involves meeting you at your current state and following your guidance. Therapy isn't about instructing you on what to do or attempting to "fix" you; it's about understanding your needs through your thoughts, feelings, and their influence on your actions. Together, we will recognize recurring behaviors, evaluate your beliefs, and cultivate strategies to navigate challenging situations.

Individual sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes.

Determining if Couples Therapy is suitable for you involves understanding its purpose. Couples Therapy provides a space to navigate tough discussions, obstacles, conflicts, and discontent. In my approach to couples sessions, I begin by arranging the initial session for both individuals to pinpoint each person's challenges and to establish a shared objective. The subsequent two sessions are conducted individually to delve into relationship history, childhood experiences, and family background. A key principle in couples therapy is transparency; hence, we commit to maintaining no secrets. As both partners are my clients, we engage on an even playing field, collaborating to tackle challenging discussions.

Each couples session lasts 60 minutes.
